THE FHIRE STANDARD / ADMISSION IS EARNED

Show the work.
Prove the fit.

A profile is the starting point. Before a freelancer can be introduced, FHIRE requires evidence of skill, ownership, experience and reliability.

SUBMIT MY WORK FOR REVIEW

Submitting is not acceptance. These are FHIRE’s admission requirements; each check needs a human reviewer to complete it. Expect follow-up questions, evidence checks and a practical review. There is no client introduction before approval.

THE REVIEW, IN DETAIL

Six requirements.
One standard of work.

REQUIREMENT 1 OF 6

Portfolio ownership

Submit a live portfolio and three relevant case studies. We review your exact contribution, the quality of the work and evidence supporting the outcomes. Team projects must clearly identify your role.

REQUIREMENT 2 OF 6

Credentials and professional history

Provide relevant qualifications, training and work history, or documented equivalent practical experience. Reviewers check what is relevant to your specialty and ask for supporting evidence.

REQUIREMENT 3 OF 6

Two professional references

Supply references from former clients or managers, with their permission. We review reliability, communication and delivery. A testimonial image alone is not a verified reference.

REQUIREMENT 4 OF 6

A practical skills review

Be ready to explain your decisions and demonstrate your skills in a bounded review appropriate to your specialty. Scope and expectations should be shared before any exercise; client production work is not an application task.

IN PRACTICEShow the skill, not just the profile.
REQUIREMENT 5 OF 6

Reliability and working standards

We review how you scope projects, handle feedback, communicate delays and hand work over. Accurate representation, confidentiality and professional conduct are requirements.

REQUIREMENT 6 OF 6

A fit check for every project

Admission is not an automatic introduction. Relevant experience, availability, budget and the brief must align. We may request further evidence, pause a review or decline an application when the requirements are not met.

What happens after you apply?

Your application is received for review. FHIRE checks the evidence, requests clarification where needed and coordinates reference and practical reviews. Only a completed approval can lead to an introduction. The 24-hour client matching promise is not a freelancer application review deadline.

Quality has to continue.

We expect honest portfolios, current availability, clear scopes and reliable communication. Project fit is considered for each introduction. No paid placement or self-service profile can bypass the review requirements.
