01

Give every piece a purpose

Explain who you want to reach and what they need to understand. Share your service descriptions, customer questions and examples of your preferred tone. Distinguish educational content, sales pages and social posts. They can share a brand voice while serving different goals.

02

Define the production rhythm

Specify formats, channels and the number of pieces you need. Agree who supplies photos, who verifies factual claims and who approves each draft. Include the review window and a realistic publishing schedule. A smaller consistent plan is often easier to operate than an ambitious calendar with no owner.

03

Make reporting actionable

Choose a few measures connected to your goal rather than reporting every available number. Discuss enquiries, useful engagement and the questions audiences ask. Ask what the freelancer will learn from those signals and what they will change. Confirm access permissions, file ownership and how unpublished work is handed over.
