Make your role explicit
Select three projects relevant to the service you offer. Explain the client’s problem, the constraints and your exact contribution. If you worked in a team, credit the other contributors and separate your work from theirs. A polished image is useful, but it does not explain what you can be trusted to deliver.
Show evidence with context
Include links, permitted samples and outcomes you can support. Describe the starting point and how results were measured. When information is confidential, provide an anonymised case study with the client’s permission or explain what can be discussed privately. Do not invent metrics or present someone else’s work as your own.
Show the problem, your decisions and evidence of the outcome.

Prepare for verification
Have relevant credentials or equivalent experience ready, plus two professional references who have agreed to be contacted. FHIRE may ask you to walk through your decisions or complete a bounded practical review. The application is the beginning of that process, not permission to call yourself a FHIRE-approved freelancer.
