FHIRE / HOW IT WORKS
How FHIRE matching works
Send one brief. A person at FHIRE reads it, chooses a freelancer whose work fits, and introduces you within 24 hours. Matching is free.
SEND YOUR BRIEF01
You send a brief.
What you need, your budget and your timing. It takes a few minutes and needs no account.
02
We review the fit.
Every freelancer on FHIRE has passed a review of their portfolio, credentials, three case studies, two professional references and a practical task. We match on the work, not a profile.
03
You meet one freelancer.
Within 24 hours you get an introduction by email. You talk, agree the scope and fee directly, and take it from there.
What FHIRE does not do
We do not charge you for the match, we do not set the freelancer’s fee, and the 24 hours is for the introduction, not the project.
